I am not computer savvy and have no idea what this "feature transfer error" means or how I can fix it. This message is a "feature transfer error" which reads this:Īfter clicking "OK" and allowing the box to disappear, the entire program uninstalls.

Each time, it appears to be almost fully installed however, while the InstallShield Wizard is "Installing Pro Tools Preferences", a message appears on the screen. Since then, I have attempted to re-install it several times. The first time I installed Pro Tools, it refused to function, so I tried to uninstall it. I purchased Pro Tools MP 9 (along with a M-Audio Mobile Pre) back in January.
